Reporting directly to the Secretary General, this position plays a crucial part in overseeing and managing procurement operations across the organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with PRCS policies, local regulations, and donor guidelines (e.g., IFRC, ICRC, UN).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare annual procurement plans in coordination with various departments.

Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Oversee RFQs, ITBs, and RFPs from preparation to publication.

Manage procurement schedules and maintain procurement trackers.

Ensure fairness, transparency, and competitiveness in the bidding process.

Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts in line with legal and donor requirements.

Monitor contract performance and ensure vendor compliance.

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with PRCS and donor rules.

Prepare procurement reports for internal use and donor compliance.

Support internal and external audits.

Uphold a high standard of ethics, transparency, and accountability.
